Stan finished his morning series through the Gospel of John. Just as this gospel opens with the Word and Jesus, so it finishes with Jesus whose testimony is true. Thank God for this bedrock of our faith! In the evening, Stan continued on in Rev. 19, expounding on the glorious truth: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb. Our blessings abound both now on earth as well as throughout eternity in the new heavens and new earth.
We joyfully note that we still continue to have a visitor or two (some local, some foreigners) every Sunday. Please pray for these visitors to come to faith, to commit to a local church, to commit to following Christ wherever He leads.
English Camp 2024
We thank God for a wonderful and blessed two weeks with the UK student team (UCCF). This delightful group of nine Brits poured their hearts, energies, and prayers into reaching out to local young people, having fun, engaging them in good talks, and were especially encouraging to those young in their faith.  Bible Study in the Mountains Post English Camp, we've had one young lady (M) continue to come to church, and another (A) has the desire but is currently on the coast for the summer. Please pray they and all the attendees continue on, seeking the Lord with all their hearts.  Getting ready to say good-bye to UCCF team
We celebrated a baptism this month!
Lazar has an unusual but credible profession of faith. He is from the mountain town of Berane but working on the coast this summer. Sadly, there is no church either in Berane nor the city where he is working. He found out about the body of believers here in Nikšić, contacted Danijel, and has joined us here in NK when he can get days off that allow him to make it for Sunday services. He managed to get several days off in a row the weekend of July 20 for the express purpose of getting baptized.   Lazar Rejoicing with our brother! Please pray for Lazar's spiritual protection (his family is into dark arts), for his spiritual growth, for favorable days off that he can join in worshiping the Lord with us, and for his testimony to be used by God.
Camp Monty Sports Outreach is happening right now!
Join us in giving thanks that the many volunteers coming were not impacted by the CrowdStrike flight chaos! Pray for the volunteers serving and for the children who are daily experiencing the love of Christians serving them through sports coaching, English classes, creative activities, all which are accompanied by devotional teachings.
Please pray that the children will take to heart the words of Truth they hear *and* that they will communicate all this to their families. We rejoice that one parent (J) has already talked to Stan about coming to Sunday services!
Pray for Danijel and the local EUS team who seek (with greatly limited numbers of people) to follow-up with the children after the camp is over. The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.
 Coaching in action!
We also hosted a first-ever-in-Nikšić baby shower to celebrate Chapman Henegar's arrival, squeezed in a few days away in the mountains of Kolašin for fun and refreshment, and continue to extend hospitality to families and singles coming and going.
